Possibly the most emotional and powerful episode of How To Get Away With Murder. The acting was absolutely phenomenal.
****************Spoilers ahead******************
Beauty Shop
I loved the beauty shop because it was crucial to the plot. With an all star line of Michael Hyatt, Mary J. Blidge, and Viola Davis it was destined for success. There were many attacks at Annalise, along with everyone else. The conversation was fun and light until a crack head came into the shop. This set the scene as Mary J. Blidge confessed to her addiction struggles and how she overcame.
I Usually Hate Bonnie, But....
This episode made me love Bonnie. She was so incredible from the start. We begin by seeing her visit her father, and she runs into Frank. She thanks him which is totally unexpected. I believe that she was grateful for the gesture that Frank did. Although this was not a happy reunion, she confronted Frank about why he shot Mahoney, and he goes back to a darker time. Annalise calls Bonnie who lies and says that her sister showed up(this is the first mention of Bonnie having a sister). Frank asks Bonnie to run away with him, and suggest that they get normal jobs and make a family. He says that he is only joking but Bonnie seriously considers this. She wakes Frank in the middle of the night, while he is having a bad nightmare, and the two have sex. The next day Bonnie goes out and gets them coffee, when she returns Frank is gone.
Flashbacks
They are so crucial to this episode. They take us on a journey through time. They explain how Sam became acquainted with Frank. His aunt wen to school with Sam's sister who asked for a favor. Sam sticks his neck out to help Frank get released from prison.
This flashback was extremely significant because Frank in prison is similiar to Frank now. I am curious as to how Sam and Annalise were able to bring Frank out of his depression, and what can bring Frank out of this depression know.
Annalise is reluctant to take Frank's case. Sam reminds Annalise that she asked him to help Bonnie. She agrees to help Frank and tells him that he can only win this case if he admits guilt. Annalise comes to the conclusion that Frank just wants to be a father to Frank. She comes to the realization that he hasn't touched her.
Sam visits Frank and mentions the idea that he is afraid to get out. After that, Frank says that he was planning to kill this guy for weeks. Sam says that he deserves to get out of jail because he starts crying over what he did. Sam says that he will help Frank see the good inside him.
In another flashback, Annalise is pressured into drinking a drink that Frank's father had stored many years ago. She remarks that it is the foulest thing she has ever tasted.
In another flashback, Annalise is seen in the bathroom, bleeding. She looks extremely upset with a toothbrush in her hand. It is assumed that he has had a miscarriage, and Sam calls the doctor.
In the final flashback, Sam is making remarks about how there will be two professor Keating's in one school.
Miceala Keating
"Go anywhere near my bag or anyone else's in this room and that laptop won't be all your missing, you spineless bald, sorry excuse of a man" The words that made us all so sure that Miceala is a candidate to be the new Annalise. This is something that fascinates Asher, and he wants the voice to come out again. She steals Simon's computer looking for an outline, but instead, with the help of Oliver, they find the "Killer" posters. SIMON IS THE CULPRIT!
AA
I am so happy that Annalise is seeking help, and I really like that the president of the college is in recovery as well. The president continues to act strong with Annalise, she fights back and proves that she holds more power than her with the sentence "Stop fighting Annalise, it's not cute anymore". Go President! Don't suffer anything from Annalise. Unfortunately, Annalise's recovery involves a relapse--a really sad relapse. After the painful flashbacks, Annalise drowns her sorrows in alcohol. She calls Nate and tells him that he is lucky that he doesn't have to deal with her mess anymore. Wes comes over her house, and she is completely drunk. She asks Wes to dance with her. Wes takes her to the bathroom so that she can throw up, and she breaks down crying. She brings up the fact that Wes shot her and tells him that he hates her. He says that it is not true that she protects him so he will protect her. She also admits that Nate is too good to her, and that she tried to be ok with it. Wes throws her on her bed, and leaves. As Annalise fights for her job back, the president appeals to her on an emotional level, saying that she cannot get better by herself.
So close,
Well, Wes has been lying to Meggie hardcore. I mean, he told her that his mother died of stomache cancer, and he felt extremely uncomfortable. I felt like he is destined to date Laurel not just because of the dramatic tension between them, but because they are stuck in this web together. They can only be honest with eachother. This concept of honesty comes out when Laurel tells Wes all about Frank. This cuts through their romantic moment and forces Wes to tell Annalise. It is a good thing that Bonnie decides to walk in at the exact moment that this information is being revealed to Annalise. Man are they screwed.
The ending: So we begin with Meggie telling Oliver all about Laurel. They continue to talk as Bonnie gets a call, I guess that it would be safe to assume that this person already knows about Laurel being in the fire, but what they did not know was that she was pregnant. I guess that it wasn't Annalise since she had called Bonnie earlier in the evening. Oliver makes a call, desperately trying to reach Asher. A white woman answers the phone. Micaela snatches the phone away from her, and mentions that she doesn't know where Connor is. There is a heading on the news screen saying that an unidentified male was killed in a fire at Annalise's house.

HTGAWM "Don't Tell Annalise"
This episode made me sad, in a bad way. I was really excited because this was episode 4 of season 3, and episode 4 has had a track record of being amazing I mean a guy flung himself off of a building in season 1 episode 4, and in season 2 a girl self incriminated herself by screaming out that she was a murderer. This episode never gave me any sort of suspense or intrigue. I just hope that they bring it back to normal next week.
********Spoilers Ahead************
What the Frank?
He spent the episode keeping us on our toes. He buys some sort of flammable gas. I initially thought that he was going to be the one to start the house fire, but then I remembered that the house fire is one month away. So, I waited and discovered that he has a more immediate plan for using the gas. He resorts to using his sexuality to get to Bonnie's father and kill him.
What makes you think you're good at guys, Michaela?
Unfortunately she is not the best at picking guys, she tries to help Oliver find a man. She has the worst track record with men, and has gone through the most relationships in the entire show, Aden turned out to be gay, and Levi turned out to be Rebecca's foster brother. Then there is Caleb...need I say more?
You good, Asher?
So Asher has his first case and when he is breaking down the case to the rest of the clinic he basically describes everything that is going to happen in this episode(Sex, Sex, Sex). His client has sex with his teacher and ended up getting her pregnant. The issue here is that his client doesn't want to turn his teacher in because he wants the baby to have a good life. Anyway, the awkward piece about this is that Bonnie handled this case, which lead to her being unable to separate her feelings. I also feel that Bonnie was a little tough on Asher.
Nate NOOO
So Nate and Renee know each other. This is horrible because Annalise and Nate get into a fight, and then Nate goes and sleep with Renee. I still believe that Renee is one of Annalise's former students. She has been doing this for 10+ years plus, Renee seems to know all of her tips and tricks. I am actually happy that he found strength to walk out on Annalise, but I thought he would love her enough to fight for her. I mean she is taking his advice and getting help. They are my favorite couple.
Bye Bye
As much as I wish that I was saying this about Maggie, she is revealed to be alive at the end of the murder night(ugh!). No I am saying this about Eve, unfortunately she didn't get closure last season, but she had just enough camera time to be written off in this season. She gives Annalise a small piece of advice and she is on her way.
Coliver
They officially broke up? I guess. I mean Connor is having sex left and right but Oliver is afraid to because he is still HIV positive.
Ugh, just go!
So Maggie is so obsessed with Wes, and this is frustrating. My only hope was crushed at the end of this episode was that Maggie could have been under the sheet. I just want
I love her
Annalise's boss has my heart, and I feel for her. She is trying her best, and Annalise just continues to pick fights with her. I feel like Annalise shouldn't push away her closest Ali in the school system. In order to pick a fight she should have chosen the right opponent.
Ending
I was actually pretty satisfied with this because Connor was not the one with a pulse. The one with a pulse was Laurel, also we have discovered that she is pregnant. I am curious to know how far along she is. I am also impressed with a show that took 3 seasons to come up with a surprise pregnancy. I just really hope that the baby belongs to Wes. It would be so cool if Maggie broke the news to Laurel.
Final Thought: It broke my heart that this was an unsatisfying 4th episode. This was the first episode in which I hated the trial. The actor was uncomfortable to watch on the screen, and the trial itself was sooo boring. I just wish they knew how much they broke my heart in this episode, but I cannot wait until the poster person is revealed next week.

HTGAWM "Always Bet Black"
This episode is super intense and I cannot wait to see what happens next! But let's review shall we?
***********Spoilers Ahead************
The episode opened up with Oliver erasing everything off of Annalise's phone. This is dangerous for us because that makes him a part of this murder mystery. Connor will not be happy.
Unfortunately, Nate is the worst type of roommate. He changes your diet and forces you to assimilate to his lifestyle. I really like Nate but Geez, let Annalise live. She doesn't want to eat healthy especially with the high stress of her job. Wes should've come to live with her instead.
Nate creates a new rule for their bedroom: What is said there stays there. Annalise asks what secrets does he have? He deflects away from the question. Could Nate be under the sheet?
This President brings so much to the table. she offers a new cultural aspect to the show. She is a woman trying to make it in a field dominated by men. She understands Annalise, and wants her to succeed but her hands are tied.
In the end of the episode the New President stares at the article on Annalise solving a missing girl case. She is on the phone with someone and it seems as though there may be peace and resolve for
Annalise's work-life.

"Always Bet Black"
Ok Michaela meant this in regard to gambling, but this was also clear in the court case. This was interesting because there was a case where the lawyers on both sides were black. The person assisting Annalise with the case was also black. No matter what, you have to always bet black in order to win. This ADA is named Renee Atwood, declares that she will not offer Annalise a plea deal for her newest client. Annalise considers that "officitorial misconduct." She replies by mentioning that it is "payback for all of those years of bad behavior". She also mentions stealing moves from Annalise. Is this Renee Atwood a previous Keating 4 member?
Well, it seems like Aiden is not gay? He is getting married to a black girl, so I guess he was betting black. Michaela's defense when the broker questions if the $20,000 was stolen is "It's my husbands, the bastard is cheating on me"...Is this how she feels about Aden. Michaela loses the money by betting on red.
Still don't trust you
Maggie is sketchy. She is definitely a medical student. She checks Wes' body for abnormal growths and monitors his heart rate--because that's typical dating behavior. She knows that Laurel and Wes still have feelings for one another(I mean, don't we all), but she still believes Wes when he tells her that he doesn't love Laurel. I mean, come on, I don't even believe him. He loves Laurel and he knows it.
Mr. Castillo
It seems as though he wants to resolve the conflict between he and his daughter. He left her mom in the middle of a mental crisis, and married her stepmom a month later. Laurel was kidnapped when she was 16, and her father refused to pay the ransom. He blames the government for not letting him pay the ransom. He doesn't like Frank, but knows that Laurel is leaving pathetic messages for him. She addresses her daddy issues, and she calls him a narcissist, but he's not wrong. He proposes and investment in her name, and Laurel views this as her Dad trying to buy her affection. Laurel signs the investment, and he gives Laurel information about Frank. Laurel's voicemail sounds almost exactly like Rebecca's.
Rebecca: "Hey it's Rebecca, dont leave me a message"
Laurel: "Hey this is Laurel, leave me a message, but I'll probably never listen"
This is why Wes is destined to be with Laurel before her untimely death.
Slap heard around the world
Annalise took on a horrible client, who tried to dispose of a dead girl's body. It seems as though she has overdosed. Annalise must prove his innocence, and while doing this, she catches him in the act of paying off his former lawyer for blackmailing him. His lawyer blackmailed him for killing a girl, no not the girl who he was on trial for murdering, but a girl who bullied him for his weight and the way that he looks. She did this after he gave him drugs, and she said "no amount of drugs would erase the PTSD of having your hairy sweaty body--"...yeah he killed her fore she finished the sentence. Annalise is able to get him off but at a small price of 3 years in jail. He argues that he was supposed to have no jail time, and Annalise slaps him. "You killed two innocent women, and you still get to complain, say you'll take the deal. SAY IT" she screams. He says he'll take the deal, but this slap looks like it is about to haunt Annalise.

Annalise and her children
Connor: Annalise shows sympathy toward Connor when she discovers that he and Oliver are no longer in a relationship. Although she does primarily focus on the idea that Connor may have screwed things up she does see sightly worried for a moment about him.
Bonnie: "It could've been me. I could've ended up on the street, but someone did the right thing". So Annalise was a huge force in saving Bonnie from her father. Bonnie is the oldest of Annalise's children, but her child nonetheless. I want to see more of her story.
Asher: Is Asher the babysitter in the casino? He feels the need to comfort and help out Oliver and Conner as they struggle with their relationship, and when he hears that Michaela bet red, he rushes over there. It is super unfortunate.

Bonnie survived, and it seems as though she will be representing Annalise in this new case. Bonnie is scrambling trying to find out what her charges are(they never made that clear in the last episode), but we did discover that Oliver was able to plant the phone. While Bonnie surviving was not much of a shock, we were all shocked by the fact that one of our own is alive, barely. They said that they found another body, but it is in critical condition. I think that this body is Connor. Especially since Oliver is right there, but judging by the way these episodes are going. I have a feeling that it might be Nate(not under the sheet but next week's survivor).Tune in Next Thursday October 20, 2016 to see an all new episode of How to Get Away with Murder: "Don't Tell Annalise"

HTGAWM "There are worse things than murder"
Well this episode definitely had a few twists and turns! I cannot wait to talk about this exciting episode where one character has survived the dreaded murder night.
******Spoilers Ahead*****

Ok let's be honest, it is super sweet when Annalise acts all motherly to the Keating 5, but let's be honest this felt so awkward. Wes was polite enough to decline, but why did she create such an awkward situation. The real question is why? Well, when Wes asks she just says that she wants some company. Wes doesn't believe this but he still arrives at her house with a pizza...how sweet! The only issue here is that Annalise could have asked Asher to come keep her company, and she had Nate at her house this entire episode, plus there is also Bonnie who will come over whenever Annalise asks...so how do you expect me to believe that Annalise is lonely. Well, let's scratch that Asher comment because Annalise is trying to teach him a lesson in humility. While speaking to Nate in confidence she mentioned that Frank was not only in prison, but also had Sam as his doctor. She also explains that she is worried about

So Laurel and Bonnie developed their relationship in this episode. It felt really strange though. I mean, we have seen them hanging out in bars before, but Bonnie was clearly intoxicating Laurel. There was also that tense scene where Bonnie was expressing her disapproval for the clinic.
For most of this episode Oliver and Connor acted as a couple. They acted as a very awkward and strange couple. One thing that I really liked about this episode was the fact that the Keating 5 was very caring about Connor's feelings. I also found it interesting that Connor seems to want to project his feelings about the murder on others. After projecting onto his client he able to get off the hook, but this woman is now carrying Connors secret. Could this be a hint to the fire, destined to occur at the Keating house? Could she be the one who sets the house on fire or is she just one of our weekly cases?

Nate(don't write that it makes Asher sad)

So Micaela clearly like Asher, or at least having sex with Asher. She claims that there are too many differences between her and Asher, I hardly believe that, I mean they both come from rich families, and Asher is far from racist. I mean he is definitely underprivileged, and he is very obnoxious, but when it comes to relationships, Asher is extremely respectful of women. Come Micaela, give him a chance. Micaela says that she does not have time to strip him of all of his white habits, umm....what else are you doing? Preparing for the next murder to happen in 2 months.
Umm....Let's talk about Wes and Laurel. They both still have this chemistry that neither of them want to acknowledge. Laurel is harboring some jealousy for Maggie and that is why she searched her, and she cares for Wes's wellbeing. She wants to know that he is safe. I just want to know what Wes knows about Maggie that he is net letting us in on.
Umm...is this just a partner episode to "Meet Bonnie" wait so it took you like 6 months to come to terms with that? You believe that talking to Laurel about this is the best option. I understand that the court case is what Bonnie wishes that she could do to her fathe--wait a minute! Is this court case parallel to what hapened between Bonnie and her father? I mean her father sexually abused her. Did she end up killing her father, and did Annalise cover it up. Does Bonnie hate the Keating 5 because they are going to ruin the relationship that Annalise and Bonnie have because they were built on the same foundation? Is this just a plot of jealousy? Will Bonnie be the killer in this situation?
Finally! I have been waiting for Laurel to face her father again since "Best Christmas Ever". They didn't exactly leave on the best terms, so what will it look like to see their relationship a year later.
That was basically Annalise Keating's reaction to being suspended. I mean if she gets suspended that leaves all of her students vulnerable to Frank's attacks, plus the way that Connor almost cracked is dangerous.

So PARTY AT MICEALA'S! WHOO WHOOO! It's nice to see one season where they all get along and don't fight. It is nice to see friendship brewing within them.
OLIVER?!?!?! Ok. I guess I shouldn't have expected any of the Keating 5 to be revealed as ok, especially in the 2nd episode. I really thought it would have been Oliver's body in there. I cannot believe that a Keating 5 member died, but I do know that now that they have revealed Oliver is alive, then Connor must also be alive. Oliver was very worried because he heard that there was a body. Now clearly he was hacking the system to uncover this information in such a timely manner. Also since none of the Keating 5 are at the scene, I think it would be safe to assume that they all just ran away from the crime scene. Clearly there is a body inside the house that was killed by one of them. I think that this is the mystery that we need to solve. Who killed this person? I feel like that is more exciting in this mystery rather than who died. I feel like one of the Keating 5(Laurel) killed the person under the sheet(Frank).
Alternate option: The shocking reveal of whoever made turns out to be Frank, and then it is back to the drawing board for me.

Maggie you and Wes have an adorable relationship, but I don't trust you at all. I don't think that you should be dating Wes, not just because he is a killer. I think that you know something that we don't know. I think that Maggie is way too cookie cutter for us. She only appears in one scene per episode(granted there have only been 2 episodes, but still). There is also the fact that you were obsessed with all of the articles on Annalise. She also made the assumption that the person who created these posters are white. She wouldn't let go of this until Wes changes her opinion. Also they met in a bookstore because, ya know, why not.Why is Wes defending her so hard? Welcome back! We begin our story where we left off, what we didn't know was there there was a ton of time missing from the season 2 finale.
Wallace Mahoney: I actually really want more of his character. Knowing this show, it is hard for me to believe that this is the end of Mahoney. I mean, he's dead of course but I feel that he is such an influential character to the story-line. They pushed the bar with his boldness in the last season. We have learned that Wallace is very racist, he uses black people as tools to sway a jury, and a tool for sex with his wife. He was on the phone and claimed: "I'd like to be there but if I show up then gossip starts." He clearly had an agenda, plus he has power and status, also he has a family. Last season, his wife was not the biggest fan of Annalise. Could Wallace Mahoney's family be targeting Annalise? Could Charles Mahoney be released from prison? Or is it his wife? I guess we will find out soon enough.
Frank: Ok, now this was insane! Frank played Wes like a grand piano. He has horrible intentions and played on the idea of Wes meeting his father. When we saw this in May it just seemed like a cruel coincidence, but now looking at this from a different viewpoint, we see that Frank is a lot worse than we previously thought. We had a lot of sympathy towards him as he confessed the truth about Lila to Laurel, and there was a part of us that wanted to believe that he was capable for good. I have to say that the shave was a smart move.
Laurel: I think we could really feel for you tonight. Think about it, you've had it pretty rough. You have had horrible experiences with your Dad, and on top of that, you fell in love with a slightly younger version of your Dad. Worst part is that once you figured that out, you fell in love with an even younger version of your Dad, only to have him leave you for another girl(it's ok though, she's a hugger. Ugh, this chick). Then on top of that the closest thing you have to a mother is abandoning you for falling in love with her hitman, and you basically have no friends(Sorry, Micaela and Connor don't actually like you that much). Poor thing, we'll come back to her.

Connor: Honestly, I'm a little confused but I'll try. So Connor begs Annalise to not hire Oliver, but she does it anyway because Oliver makes a convincing argument. He points out all of the weak-spots in her internet security. I started thinking about something being revealed about the previous murders, so I was like "You better hire him!" Anyway, Annalise spills the news to Connor that Oliver rejected his acceptance to Stanford. Connor isn't angry because he realizes that he just wasn't paying enough attention to Oliver. I get this piece because Connor doesn't want to lose Oliver again, he messed up before and that was a mistake. Now what happens next is weird...Oliver gets angry at this reaction and declares that he needs to find himself separate from Connor. So...they're done now. I guess.
Asher:.....still the same, just a little poor now.
Miceala: Man, this character probably has the next worse luck right after Wes. This girl cannot keep a relationship because she dates these horrible guys. She dated Aiden who was using her as beard to hide his sexuality. Then there is the guy she hit on at that bar who turned out to be gay. Then there is Eggs 911 who turned out to be Rebecca's foster brother. Then there is Caleb who turned out to be a serial killer, so there's that. Now, she's sleeping with Asher.

Annalise: She has taken up gardening. This is very interesting especially since last season the last thing she buried was a letter to her unborn child, Sam. Now that she has come to terms with her child's death she has become a new character. She learned that sometimes you just need to mourn and scream and cry for a while. She forces Wes to use that technique to rip Wallace and Frank out of their lives. This moment of vulnerability makes them even closer.
"I never wanted children, now I have 5 of them" Annalise cares for each of these kids in a different way. I this episode we see the way that she treats them has come into a new light. She becomes very soft when it comes to Wes and Connor. She doesn't keep secrets from them because she knows that they don't respond well to anger(of course this is much different in the classroom setting, but when it comes to discussing the murders). Her nurturing side comes out with Micaela because she has this special connection to Micaela as her "child", she even offers her a home to drink in. I believe that she is tougher on Asher when he asks her for money because no one spoon fed her. No one is helping Wes out, yet he can still afford to go to school. It is almost comical that Asher would ask to be white privileged by Annalise. Then there is Laurel, she is very interesting because she has the greatest potential to become Annalise. She has seen a lot of bad and has become very desensitized. I believe Annalise is trying to build Laurel up to be tough as nails.

The Phone: Is Annalise in the market for a new hitman? Did she try to find this guy because she didn't want to white-privilege Asher? What is the deal with this burner phone? How did Frank find the hit-man?
The ending: THEY HAVE DONE IT AGAIN! A new mystery, a new murder. So, who is the newest murder victim? Well we won't know until December, but this new mystery will be sure to excite us! I cannot wait

What Did We Do? HTGAWM
This episode was such an emotional roller-coaster. If it didn't give you a heart attack for the entire hour then you just simply aren't human.
***********Spoilers Ahead************
Catherine: I have no idea what her deal is. I mean one minutes she's recording the Keating 5 bashing her in her own house. Who told her to do that? Was it Phillip? Are Phillip and Catherine sleeping together? Anyway, this episode showed that Catherine has something to hide. Catherine was definitely afraid, that's why she ran. She contributed, but I am not totally convinced that she committed the murder.
Phillip: He is still a shady character, and there is so much more to his story. We know that he's a child of incest, and we know that he knows Catherine pretty well. He is the biggest wrench in Annalise's master plan. He could ruin everything. Think about it: Phillip recieved a text from Catherine saying to meet him in her motel room. Catherine had a motel room. Phillip was at the house when Wes shot Annalise. The biggest question now is: Did Phillip see The Keating 5 running away from the crime scene? If he did then they're screwed. I am afraid to know how they plan to weasel their way out of this mess.
Frank: Well I am proud to say I finally understand why Frank went to the hospital. He went to get samples of Annalise's blood to place on Catherine. This was apart of his master plan to frame Catherine for the assault of Annalise Keating, and the murder of ADA Sinclair. I am actually very afraid of what happens when Annalise finds out that Frank killed Lila. Will she still trust him? Will she still keep him apart of the team? Why did Frank owe Sam?
Bonnie: I was very impressed with her in this episode. She actually acted out of love for Asher. Everything she did was because she loves Asher. She was able to put her feelings about the betrayal of Annalise, and worked really hard to make sure that Asher stayed safe. The biggest problem with all of this was that Asher isn't one to be blames. There was no evidence or record of him being there that night. Honestly, Nate is the only one who is any danger. He had the most contact with Sinclair that night.
Asher: I commend Matt McGorry. His acting skills were superb. He has been slowly winning over the audience. He started with his little speech to Bonnie in the first season where he said "You were mean to me". In this episode, he made our emotions soar, his conflict with his mother leading to his emotional breakdown. We also learn that Asher has a sister who is trouble. I wonder if they'll wiggle her into the story-line soon. Anyway, I was very impressed with his conflict with Sinclair. Asher became extremely bold, and killed Sinclair. The only problem that I see is the fact that Asher is extremely emotional, and we saw a flash forward of Asher making a statement to the police.
Micheal: She was pretty annoying in this episode, I mean first she talks about getting rid of the gun. Then, we see that she really wants to protect Caleb(nothing new here). The one part that was extremly confusing was ran she ran away. Bonnie reminds her that she's done this before, Michaela retorts with "Exactly, I'm not doing this again". As she is running away with Conner she tries to stop him. As they are walking back into the house she says that she was trying to stop him and bring him back. I am calling bull on that. She was about to run away so fast, and then changed her mind when she realized there was no way of her getting away with this without Annalise. One moment that I really enjoyed was when she stood in front of Connor when he was about to shoot Annalise. That was a bold move, and it is really cool because those two have always been on the same side. They related well to one another, but her standing there shows that she can't let Connor do this. It's a good move for a friend to do. She cannot let Connor transform to become like Annalise.

Annalise: One moment that really stood out to me was the moment where everything is falling apart. She knows Catherine ran away, then Nate calls her and tells her that he got fired. Then a few moments later she calls saying that Sinclair is after her. Then she gets the call that sets her world out of balance: "Asher killed Sinclair". We are taken into the confusion and mess of her life. The ending scene was also, one to be noted. Annalise is so desperate to save Nate that she is willing to break Wes's heart to do so. She destroys him by forcing him to face a reality that he wished so desperate was a figment of his imagination. Then she shocks us by showing us that Eve is so much more important that the original portrayal.

Connor and Laurel: They really didn't do anything worth mentioning this time. I mean Annalise mentioned something about how Laurel's dad was worse than shooting Annalise. Connor was about to shoot Annalise over Oliver. Other than that, there was no real significance in this episode.

Sinclair: Well, I feel like her story isn't quite over. I mean she was on the phone with someone, after she was beaten by Annalise, and that conversation didn't seem pleasant. Who was she talking to? Will they try to come after? Oh I cannot wait!
